Michelle brings a unique background and set of experiences to The Agency, having spent 27 years at Eli Lilly. Those years in the pharmaceutical industry, 10 years in Quality as an analytical chemist and 17 years in HR & Recruiting supporting medical manufacturing, medical, and quality, were exceptional training in understanding the nuances of recruiting for the life sciences. These experiences are tailor-made for connecting the highest-caliber scientific talent with the best pharmaceutical and biotech companies. Michelle holds a BS in Chemistry from the Honors College at Ball State University and has been SPHR certified since 2007. An executive resume writer as well, Michelle excels at driving rich conversations to grasp a deep understanding of a candidate's best skills, attributes, and experiences.
